β β β β β This hospital is responsible for my receiving a LASER burn injury when being treated for gynae abnormality a number of years ago. In their day clinic on the second floor I believe, had to go down in an elevator I recall. I have suffered complications since and the Dr was a Dr David Kitchen. A nurse muffled that shock treatment by immediately placating me to throw me off. Throw me off from immediately shouting blue murder. Has been kept hush hush by Waikato DHB and Te Kuiti Hospital since. Any ladies out there had the same thing happen to them, feel free to contact me.
Update:
Pamphlets from Ministry of Health for Womens Health -
Faster Cancer Treatment : High Suspicion of cancer definitions July 2015
Faster Cancer Treatment: High Suspicion of cancer definitions 2016.
Update: Since the NZHERALD has the series "In Her Head" Fighting for better womens' Health Care currently running, it's the perfect opportunity to have your say. Medical gaslighting and being ignored is real. Too many families are losing Mothers, Aunties, Grandmothers' sisters', nieces. HAVE YOUR SAY.
This Health system has alot to answer for.
Update: I also had gall bladder removal surgery at this hospital, instead of cutting under my right breast where the gall bladder is, he made a huge incision down my abdomen. It was my first operation ever. Wrong site, wrong level surgery. I suffered complications immediately post op. He butchered me, TWICE . And on top off that, a nurse didn't remove all the undissovable stitches so they operated again to retrieve them and cut me in exact same area. I'm Pacific Islander, born in NZ. That no doubt in my personal experience had something to do with it. The doctor was rude, callous sadistic and in my opinion needs to be locked up.
