★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cardboard recycling in a windy place. Really struggled to unload a wagon load of flattened cardboard boxes and swing them up over the too high sides of the collection basket pallet. I miss Maleme St Recycling. It was at least on the way to groceries, hardware, etc and part of my circuit. This transfer station is at least 25min round trip travel out to the middle of nowhere in terms of running household errands, so is a special trip and inefficient use of fuel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a complete shambles of a place!. One dump for all of the region is just plain stupid. The staff here all seem to have bad attitudes and don't like their jobs. As a rate payer I expect better customer service and not being spoken to rudely or ordered around by the unfriendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 minutes queue in and 17 minute queue out it simply hasn't got the capacity to cope! Also as we are the other end of the city the extra pollution from the wait and the drive just makes the decision to have one station all that more stupid. Come in Council sort this out urgently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked to wear a mask outdoors??? (No legal requirement to do so). Complied regardless, and then drove past the employee in question on exit, to see her drop her mask to speak with a colleague! Pick a position, then apply it consistently.
