Clive Jones, Deputy Chief Executive - Operational Services
I lead the delivery of services to teachers through Registration and Contact Centre functions and internal service delivery to our staff and Board through Corporate, IT and Finance functions.
I have over 20 years' senior management and leadership experience in a range of industries including vocational education, energy, telecommunications, central and local government. I hold a Bachelor of Technology and a Master's in Business Administration from Massey University. Just before coming to the Council I held senior roles at Education New Zealand and at one of New Zealand's largest institutes of technology.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scavenging money off of teachers, they "surveyed " teachers then published the results .... many of whom said no increase then a day later came out with a massive increase ...annually... but still a huge increase from $220.80 per 3 years to $157 annually!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service . No one pick up the call tried many times said only one thing " all our advisors are busy wait on the line". How much busy everytime they are?? Everytime waited for 15 mins and cut the call by myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rort - parasites - 100% set up to pay themselves lots of money to sit in fancy offices whose sole purpose is to siphon teachers' money into their own designer pockets. Disgusting people who should be utterly ashamed of themselves and dead embarrassed that they had to take this all the way to the high court to hear what we were telling them all along - you are irrelevant thieves.
