★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yousef and Ashna at Team Taban pretty much changed my life.
with their professional support and guidance I lost 17 kgs in 6 months time going from fat and unhealthy to strong and healthy.
I will be with Team Taban for life not just because of their knowledge and guidance when it comes to health and fitness but because of the relationship they create with their clients and the way that everyone in the team treats each other.
Highly recommended to any and all people trying to take their health and fitness to the next level.

The programs are not cookie cutter at all, they are completely tailored to you personally based on your lifestyle, goals and personal preferences, it is clear a lot of thought and time goes into these plans for their clients. Yousef is extremely knowledgeable and not only has lots of experience but also covers the scientific and pharmaceutical aspects, so even if you have underlying health issues, you will be in great hands. Team Taban covers all bases not only fitness and nutrition but Ashna also includes wellness and mindfulness which is so important & shouldn’t be ignored, which it isn’t here ! Again, team Taban has changed my life and I could not recommend them enough. :)

Yousef created a plan that took into account all of my health conditions with the goal to improve my test results over a period of 6 months. It worked very well. My doctor is very happy with what I have achieved and that is all because of Yousef and his skilled guidance. I would highly recommend him to everyone that need to get healthy for all reasons.

The coaching crew is top notch and are always following up with how you are feeling or finding the plan. I am a competitor myself and Yousef has taken my training, diet and physique to an absolute new level, I would and already have recommend Team Taban to everyone.
