Since they provide the builder's report and LIM as well, we get an understanding of what we are commiting to early on and won't have to face unnecessary suprises after an offer is accepted. We purchased our property through Linda. She is very customer focussed, provided immediate response to all our queries and have been very supportive throughout our property buying process.

They have the patience to take care of their clients which is exactly what I needed during a uncertain time in the market. Based on my personal experience, I have had many uncertainties in my plan in selling my property and had a lot to go through in my life, the team stood with me and helped me walk through the whole journey and I just want to express my gratitude to them. To have them taking care of my property, I did not have to worry literally anything as everything was well managed. Things like renovation and property maintenance, they were able to find a reliable worker to get those jobs done for a reasonable rate. I also liked their attitude in giving active and speedy reply and feedback so I had the necessary information to make decision with.
