★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Leonie and Steve because they are very professional at what they do. Our House was on the market for 28 days with over 70 groups through. We were kept up with the play throughout the process and we had great result.
June and I would recommend Leonie and Steve to anyone wishing to sell their property. We had been in our house for over 20 years and had watched Leonie and Steve work hard for others which is why we chose them in the first place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harcourts identified a half dozen serious health and safety issues with my unit two years ago. Despite the explicit instructions of the now deceased owner of the property they neglected to repair them for 16 months.
As a result tenancy tribunal censured, fined, and ordered Harcourts to address the issues ("the deck stairs must be repaired and made safe by a qualified tradesperson").
Harcourts have since refused to fully comply sending me the following ("The work has been completed as per the tribunal order instructions.")
Several of the 80 stairs used for access are broken in half, three different sections of decking are visibly rotten, broken, and won't hold the weight of a child. (see example photo below where the decks back is clearly broken and it's off its pile, taken following Harcourts refusal to complete the ordered work)
During the hearing (which Harcourts is now in breach of) they attempted to shift responsibility and penalties onto the now deceased owner. Use this firm at your own risk.
