I have been visiting this shop all through last 2 years. Exceptional service.

Their gel covers are the best & they are so fast. I had to get a replacement gel cover as I fell over today & ripped the corner of the cover but my screen never cracked! It saved my phone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to buy a phone case for my s21 ultra and agreed on the red pepper. Carefully reading the instructions I placed the fingerprint membrane on . The fingerprint scanner didn't work with this case. I went back to to the shop to rectify the problem and the technician removed and replaced the membrane with the spare in the box. It didn't work I now have to wait 2 days for a replacement case that might have the same issue. I pleasantly asked for a refund and was refused recept and all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Techpro replaced my broken screen for $150 but as a result of "a part breaking" I have no sound at all, I see this has happened to someone else here. Chap initially said he was "getting a part in to fix it", but I never heard back. I went back to Lynn Mall again and he seemed not to remember me or it, said again he'd get a part in, nothing happened. I'm left with having wasted $150 because now I have to buy a new phone. Feeling foolish for not checking these reviews in the first instance.
