The store has frequent sales on various items so you are bound to find a bargain if you are vigilant.
Experience from staff has always been good if I needed to buy something.

β β β β β Staff need training, went in to here 2 days ago and girl didn't know where anything was and i had to look for it myself and point it out to her
Also i asked if they had horoscope pendants she said no but was in the catalog and i found it in the window

β β β β β It's has got the worst customer service support. They just ignore you when you are in the shop. No greetings whatsoever.
Never recommend Pascoes New Lynn to anyone or anybody.
I was at the shop to get the watch wrist band repaired. Repairs done - as great customer service don't at least do the extra to clean the watch a bit and adjust the time on the watch. From what I have been trained on this is the best customer service one would receive for a watch bought at the shop. Operator 68069 was so rude and I had to walk out saying she had a very bad attitude for a sales rep. All she could say was we do not have the cleaning stuff and we don't do cleaning. You are shop selling watch don't you have any of this stuff. Seriously???????

β β β β β Fantastic service. Today as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the two young men. Also by the young lady that was out the back. Between the three of them my visit was great. And I must mention Tania who went above and beyond to get me the watch I wanted,from another Pascoe store. I couldnt of had better service. Thanks.

β β β β β I was there to buy some necklaces for my 3 daughter- in- laws for Christmas. I was standing there in the shop the guy was just arranging rings inside the display case. He saw me standing there for about 5 minutes, but it seemed I was invisible. The other saleswoman was talking to two girls who did not even buy anything. I approached the man and I asked him if they are serving people like me. He said, oh yeah what do you need? That was it, I said thank you anyway, left and went to the opposite jewellery shop. I was treated there nicely by a young man who was polite and gracious, who made me feel like a valued customer. I do not recommend this Pascoes branch in New Lynn. I always respect customer service people but these staff in Pascoes , New Lynn, I believe that they are not really there to sell by being helpful but just for the sake of having a job. Maybe they need to be in the back room for they are not suited to be your front staff. My recommendation is you hire better people who are good if not best with customer relations.

β β β β β Worst costumer service ever! Wanted to exchange a watch my husband bought a week ago, did not wear it, showed to me on the day, and we decided to go for a different colour. Took the watch back, and the shop attendant and ?20 years old "manager", examined the watch and said it has scratches and that he believes that it has been worn "more than two days". Scratches that I could not see. My husband, basically put the watch on to showed it to me, and that was it!. Despite having a 14 day return policy, they declined to exchange the watch. Very disappointing customer service, obviously they have no interest on keeping costumers, never going back there!

β β β β β Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stood there looking at the earrings for a while. In ANY retail store an employee would approach you to ask if you needed help with anything. Three of them were huddled behind the register talking away without a care in the world. Why not help the customer infront of you and then get back to your little gossip session? Luckily the guy was nice enough to ask if I needed help with anything. He's the only employee with proper customer service capabilities. Improve your employee training Pascoes.
