Told them where we were and was advised there would be an additional mileage charge as we were about 1km outside their 20km range. Then he decided he would have to call me back. Never called back.

I was been told finish repaired but branch only open from 9 to 10am. I arrived on time and the gate was close, When I ring them. They said sorry and told me come the next day.
I been there two times and I still can't pick my coffee machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not schedule until you have paid a $115 fee. This means you pay $115 to find out they could be 3 weeks away.
I understand requiring a deposit, but you need to be able to give estimated service time before asking for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so far been told 4 completely different stories , first told TV was being repaired by parts in stock, then rung and told TV repaired but being tested, and promised delivery, then told when TV didn't turn up as promised that it was in a van and they had forgotten wall brackets, then when it didnt turn up again and I called was told actually the TV wasnt repaired at all and they were waiting on parts. No way to talk to actual staff doing the work, only a call centre, and this is warranty work for LG, good luck trying to call them either.
