★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Melbourne and arranging a beautiful headstone honouring both our father and sister (who passed within 6 months of dad and had chosen to be cremated) could not have been easier notwithstanding COVID 19. Helen was an absolute pleasure to deal with a very compassionate helpful and efficient lady. An asset to Aro Memorials. I would recommend them to anyone.

Helen was patient & knowledgeable & ensured the headstone was completed in time for the unveiling. Helen clearly communicated each step of the process & kept us informed with the progress. Helen especially gave us the reassurance and walked us through the process but also wanted to know who our Dad was so it could be represented on his headstone - it wasn't just sealing the sale, but to know who were were as a family. We had his unveiling last weekend and his headstone stood out, everything we wanted was personalised and Helen and the team just made it work!! Thank you Helen for your patience and your encouraging words when things were getting stressful leading up to our Dad's big day. I would recommend anyone to go to Aro Memorial, New Lynn - great service, great people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took us a few more years than we had expected to get our Dad's headstone done, BUT all along, Helen Kassai, the Sales Manager at this branch stuck with us.
Her and her team extended us so much grace and patience that made this whole process so incredibly easy. She encouraged us and enabled us to go through the process while guiding us with so much empathy and compassion.
Thank you to you Helen personally because you were very much the main point of contact for the past 4 years. Our family appreciate you more than we can express and Dad's headstone looks amazing.
The effort they put in to ensure that we got the highest level of quality in the ceramic photo tile and the colour and level of workmanship is so evident in our father's gorgeous headstone.
