★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a builders report which came back really positive and as a result I bought the house. Three months later I continue to discover issues with the house that were not detected by the builder. I can’t help but question if they had some kind of agreement with the selling agent as he was the one who recommended them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience, exceptionally expense for a valuation as they actively collude with the banks to rip customers off through the third party bidding system, over $700. Another $300 to confirm when house built but took no account of substantial changes made, a mere 10 mins on site with a couple of photos. Completely unprofessional, only interested in getting paid.

Arrived on time, answered our questions, explained the purpose of what they were doing (we are first home buyers) and were overall fantastic to work with. Thanks Kane and Craig! It was money well spent, Kane put together a detailed and comprehensive report enabling me to make an informed purchading decision (in this case not to purchase).
