★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service in regards to bond refund. I submitted a bond refund form more than two weeks ago. After giving them a call. They said our lines are busy. So I sent them an email. Immediately they sent an automated reply, that you have to wait 15 working days-3 weeks.
What's taking them so long.
I've now waited the 15 working days and the last I was told, is that you've already received your refund, referring to a tenancy further down the track.
After emailing the Ombudsman and presenting my evidence, then finally I was refunded within 2 hours of the email.
