★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are relocating but can’t make it by yourself go ask Nicki! We thought it’s impossible to find a house in another city as we both are working and have a baby can’t stay in hotel too long. Nicki helped us got 4 offers in 2 weeks and we chose the best one!

I called agency's to find out if they had property finders no one did! , until I came amongst Nicki from Tenants NZ.
She was very professional I liked the fact that she does all of the following
search for what's available, depending on your requirements
attend the properties on your behalf and liaise with the owners
Nicki can video (record) a virtual tour
Once you've selected a property, She applies on your behalf with an "irresistible" application
Once accepted, she then prepares all the in-going paperwork - ie. tenancy agreement, bond lodgement form
It's really a great service, finding a rental can be hard! But with Nicki I felt like I had a better chance! I now have a home and will be using her again if I need to find another rental! Thank you Nicki

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went from MIQ to a great apartment in about a week, despite Level 3 restrictions and some very specific requirements. Nicki did all the hard work, and all we had to do is decide which one (out of multiple offers) we wanted. Easiest apartment finding experience I've ever had.
