Swadee Kha! Warmly welcome you to Thai Aroma Restaurant Rototuna where you can enjoy the culinary tastes of Thailand. Thai food is internationally famous. Whether chilli-hot or comparatively bland, harmony is the guiding principle behind each dish. Thai cuisine is essentially a marriage of century-old Eastern and Western influences harmoniously combined into something uniquely Thai.
Thai food is eaten with a fork and a spoon. Even single dish meals such as fried rice with pork, or steamed rice topped with roasted duck, are served in bite-sized slices or chunks obviating the need for a knife. The spoon is used to convey food to the mouth.
The ideal Thai meals is a harmonious blend of the spicy, the subtle, the sweet and sour, and is meant to be equally satisfying to eye, nose and palate.
A typical meal might include a clear soup (perhaps bitter melons stuffed with minced pork), a meat dish (chicken in curry sauce), a fried dish (fish with ginger), a hot salad (beef slices on a bed of lettuce, onions, chillies, mint and lemon juice) and a variety of sauces into which food is dipped. This would be followed by sweet desserts and fruits such as mangoes, durian, jackfruit, papaya, grapes or melon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Thai hot green curry and was served the mildest curry I've ever had in a Thai restaurant. (The waiter asked me if I would be able to handle it when he served it....) If you want spicy food it might be better making it at home. Won't be going back.

Friendly and efficient staff. I ordered the duck pad si eiw and it was delicious. Make sure to book in a table as it's a popular spot ??

The staff are friendly and efficient and the lunch menu offers a selection of Thai favorites. One of the best Pad Thai I have eaten. I tried pork instead chicken for a change. Very tender and nicely paired with their Sherwood Pinot Gris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tasted some very delicious Thai food and delicious cocktails. I brought a birthday cake in and the staff kindly prepared it and once we were ready they lit the candles and sung happy birthday to our special girl, It was a really amazing moment, the staff are very friendly also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service and yummy food. Good prices too and decent serving size. Food has lovely presentation and make you want to have it ASAP. Not long to wait between the order and when they are brought to your table. Also a bonus that they open 1130am as it suits people who has early lunch and not having to wait till 12pm. Air conditiond so great on a hot day. Nice interior, and clean. Ample parking in front and plenty seating in side. But the place can get busy during peak hours. Easy to get to if you are on norther or eastern part of Hamilton. Highly recomended, you will love the food. This place is established and popular with locals too. We will return again.
