What an amazingly wonderful experience! As I am new to NZ and Whanganui I was very trepidatious about eating out. As a vegan I was not expecting much, but boy was I wrong! I need not have worried because tofu was offered with most dishes, and even being allergic to chillies didn't phase them! I had sweet and sour tofu and it was delicious. The staff were so friendly, helpful and efficient. I can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to going back soon! Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, awesome food with plenty of options and alternatives, friendly service and adequate pricing. Tofu as vegetarian option was also available although not written in menu. A lot of love put into the entire restaurant with clean facilities and joyful but not overwhelming ambience. Must go in Whanganui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a take away from here based on reviews. Seemed like we stumbled onto a gem given there was a surprising 40 minute wait.
Got a Tom Yum and a Thai beef salad. Came back to our accommodation to disappointment.
Tom Yum soup was not spicy at all, seemed like it was laden with sweet chilli sauce.
The Thai beef salad... The menu says grilled beef - this looks like it's stewed/boiled at best? And raw brown/white onion? A decent amount of beef, but lacking much flavour.
