β β β β β I recently shifted to Thames and wanted to keep up my aqua-jogging and was pleased to see a lane set aside for jogging. The water isnt all that deep but with a dome placed over the entire pool and heated water, it was more than fit for the job. I would have given it a four star rating because, in addition, the staff were really friendly and helpful and its great value at $4.50 standard adult rate per swim. It loses a point for the changing rooms tho which didnt have separate change cubicles and were outside of the dome. Dont let that put you off tho.

β β β β β As someone new to the area we decided to try the Aqua Aerobics class at the Thames Centennial Pool. The pool is heated which is nice and the instructor Bernie is a gem. The rest of the staff are very friendly too.

β β β β β Thoroughly enjoyed my swim. Water heated, but cool enough to be able to comfortably swim lengths. Nice shower after. Staff very friendly.

β β β β β We just took a hot shower here. The changing room was quite big and has a heater in it (with a ten minute timer), a mirror and a plug for a fan.
In a normal size shower two people can shower at the same time - thatβs in my opinion really close... it could be a bit cleaner in my opinion but thatβs just my own perception. The staff was very cool and fun!

Goldilocks temp.
Nice place to be able to excercise in winter.
Clean changing room, nice showers.
Could be improved with a mirror.
Surrounded by cafe culture afterwards...

β β β β β Fabulously kept clean pool. Great staff with easy commincation. Changing room for ladies was clean and hygenic. Frequent these pools often and will continue on doing so.
