Friendly staff, very helpful.
There is a hoist for people who need assistance getting in and out of the water.
The Aqua cafe has good and nutricious food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People saying the change rooms are dirty.... They probably have 500 people a day go through them, they're not dirty it's just impossible to keep tidy during the opening hours. The gym has a wide range of fitness equipment and some new some old but all is in working order. I like the new layout. This place is a one stop fitness shop, pools, sauna, steam room and spa, full gym, classes and a physio. The only down falls are opening hours and parking is on street or in wilsons car park

I could stay 30 minutes only and left the pool .I measured a noise level here, it's quite high. Don't recommend to visit until upgrading will be finished

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pool with a wide variety of facilities and a fitness centre, a lane pool some warmer pools, sauna, steam room and you can jump in to the pool if you want to, definitely my favorite swimming pool in Auckland, I would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 3rd day I was a member of this gym my locker was broken into (with padlock), bag stolen with all my belongings including keys and wallet followed by my car being stolen from the carpark.
I would highly recommend thinking twice before joining. There is no separation between the the public or gym member lockers and anyone is able to walk in any time off the street and target your belongings while you're in the gym or swimming. The security in the facility is subpar and needs improving. The facilities are just ok.. they are definitely nothing special and certainly not worth having your things stolen.
Try somewhere else in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are good but the customer service is a let down. The sauna is closed for renovations but they still charge the same price. The sauna, in my opinion, is one of the main attractions of these pools. Without them, it seems absurd to charge the original price. I spoke with Nick Tyrrell from management and his response was "use an alternative facility in Auckland". Disappointing.

The pool was great the sauna itself was great but some of the clientele have no respect for others using the facilities and they talk and top of their voices, both talk at once and they would not stop when asked as I and I am sure others wanted a quieter space. The men shouted at me and said I could not tell them to stop talking as they were. I feel like I paid my money just the same as them but was unable to enjoy a quiet peaceful sauna. I go to other pools and I have never struck this in other saunas. There should be a sign saying the everyone is entitled to enjoy the space. There talking took my enjoyment away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like how clean they keep the changing rooms. They seem to regularly check and clean the bathrooms too. Some customers are slobs though and disrespect the facilities but that's not the employees fault. The pool is clean and it doesn't sting my skin like other highly chlorinated pools. Lockdown was really tough but the staff were really communicative about opening hours which was great. The pools use to close later in the evening which was great but 9pm is still good. The pool side guards could be a little more proactive in keeping the lanes orderly but apart from that everyone is pretty friendly.
