Cruelty free, never tested animals, free from parabens, sodium laurel sulphates and mineral oils all our body care products are sensitive to our environment and our bodies. We follow strict EU guidelines for Home Fragrance ingredients and always develop the most low-impact recipes possible.
We source pure and natural ingredients where possible and seek to implement sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in all steps of our supply chain. All our factories are socially and ethically compliant and meet strict quality criteria. We have warehouses in New Zealand, Australia and Asia to supply our customer base efficiently and maintain a smaller carbon footprint.
Our aim is for all our packaging and products to be recyclable or reusable wherever possible and we encourage our customers at home to re-use and reduce waste. Our glass candle and diffuser vessels can be repurposed into handy containers and decoration for the home and we our diffuser and wash refills cut down on waste and give more value to our customers.

β β β β β I recently had a small disappointment when I purchased the Sweet Lime and Mandarin Body Wash- the Company had changed the formula and its fragrance had changed. After contacting the Company and speaking with Melissa, she went out of her way to assist and actually sourced the previous formulated product for me. This was appreciated and her service was exceptional.
Well done and great product.

β β β β β The range of products has changed and there didn't seem to be as much as they would normally have on hand, so was a bit disappointing.
It doesn't mean to say I won't still shop there as I do like the store and have always found some really good bargains along the way. I do buy a lot of their candles and hand creams, so generally speaking I walk out a happy person.

β β β β β It was me and my mums first time visiting the onehunga outlet on Thursday and we were excited about getting in some Christmas gifts and also treats for ourselves.We travelled from papakura to the onehunga store.The store itself with all its products was great and me and mum picked up a number of bargains,unfortunately one of your staff members needs to work on her customer service skills.I dont know her name as I would have mentioned it here but she was a Asian lady.Her manner was aggressive,she wasnt very friendly in the way she talked to us.The other staff member who ran our sale through she was pleasant but the other was alot to be desired.Its sad that me and my mum both spend over 100 dollars per person as the bargains were great but she made the experience very unpleasant.Its Christmas time,let's try and be happy in our workplace,dont act like a grinch please

β β β β β Lol. At the entrance you'll see a warning "you are being watch", when I started browsing they surely didnt lie, not nice to make the customer feel like they are thief. Plus asking the customer if they are done while obviously you can see them still looking around for some stuff and literally has just been in for 5 mins. I didnt want to buy anymore but out of decency I just bought a few. Thanks for making your customers feel uncomfortable. I guess rapport is not on your customer service vocabulary and training, or havent you heard of it before? Wont recommend and definitely wont not come back to this store.

β β β β β On 3 may, I was excited to arrive in Auckland and to be able visit the factory shop, having having bought online and via friends helping me buy locally. It was an absolutely disgusting experience with the chick at the counter feeling she was a cut above her customers. She did not provide any customer service, was rude and offhandish and I highly recommend you do not visit this store. Ecoya is an amazing brand as is Aesop and I have had amazing service from their stores. The small discount from this store is not worth the demoralising experience provided.I was advised that she was the manager- even worse!!!
