About The Athlete's Foot Bayfair
TAF opens the first of its new larger format, concept stores. The new store format incorporates an extended product ranges in kids, comfort, lifestyle and work/duty footwear.
As with all existing The Athlete's Foot categories, the focus is on credible, proven footwear brands sold on function and fit. The new model has been an incredible success and there are now over 60 large format stores open. The larger format model is now the new standard for all The Athlete's Foot stores, with the intention to convert all stores to the larger format over time.

I was fitted for my new shoes by a extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and happy staff member (i think her name was Katherine). She was so nice to talk to and helped me choose the correct shoe for my personal needs and fitment. And then i dealt with Luke (the Manager) on a separate issue and he went out of his way too. Customer service sometimes lacks in other stores, but not here. Thank you very much team! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family where they should be buying their shoes from now, because i will definitely be back for my next pair ??

On subsequent visits, Samantha, with Zac's support too, put her knowledge, time and energy in to getting me the best shoe I've ever worn. Super friendly, fun and dedicated to helping me get the best fit, five stars isn't enough for Samantha and the guys. Huge thanks ?

Congratulations to Luke who was extremely, thorough,professional, intuitive with a friendly fun approach especially when assisting me in getting new footwear for Dad who has cognitive issues!!!: a mean feat (.excuse pun!) in its self. Luke was attentive, patient clearly understood my Dad's needs and took time with him/explained what he was doing. No words can describe how great a retail experience this was.
