Always wonderful service, very helpful and have gone out of their way to help me get home after a broken belt left my landcruiser too hot to drive.
I have been a supportive customer for the last 12 or so years and will continue as they are just a great team who I trust will continue to look after us.

Went there for the annual service turn out they didn’t seal the engine oil cap properly and I ran out of engine oil and was stuck in the middle of the road. Somehow, they manage to pick the car up and fixed it.
Then I was getting noise from the left brake disc when Turning right. As a worried customer & an enthusiast car guy I was Brainstorming what might be the problem, so I said “it might be the brake disc which need skimming” and then I told the mechanic that you’re the boss here and do what you like and later they changed the disc rotors for front wheels and the brake pads. Telling me now there’s NOT a Single Noise. Went for a quick drive and the same noise was there when I turn right! I told the receptionist that if the noise it STILL THERE what was the reason of them to CHANGE THE DISC ROTORS, the receptionist then said “it needs to be changed, they were not in a good condition”. I believed it and said nothing..then they cooked up a story what might be the problem for the brake noise and all that.. and told me they will let me know when to come back which happened last week Friday but unfortunately I wasn’t available.
On the weekend when I was driving with the same brake noise all of a sudden it was gone and told the Auto barn guys this and they checked it on Monday and then came back to me saying “it might have been the stone which might have been stuck and making a noise”. They are saying that they took out the tyre and cleaned the disc and the dust/stone guard plate but now I’m in a stage where I don’t trust them anymore.
In my opinion, they might be good with other cars but they are not good with Europeans ones.. and I don’t see myself going back to them ever again.
