★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just been asking 2x staff where you are located and told; "If you find Farmers we're across the road"
When I asked where is Farmers I was told, "In the middle of town"
When I asked whereabouts ie. in relation to the town clock, I was told, "If you're looking at the clock, we're in the clock-block?"
I asked, "Whereabouts?" and was told, "In the same direction as the clock" So I asked, "...when I am coming from which direction?" and told, "The same direction as the clock" ?????
...and this is the short version.
I repeatedly asked for someone who (has the intelligence) to give clear directions and was told, "There isn't anyone here who can do that."
I urgently need a comprehensive wax-job but needless to say I certainly will not be visiting your business at any time - nor will I encourage anyone else in my whanau, hapu, iwi, community, marketing, advocacy or political networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere and staff were really lovely but unfortunately the service I received was not so good. I have heard GREAT stuff from friends re: Waxing Services however at the time I needed to get eyelash extensions. Unfortunately they turned out to be terrible and took almost an hour and a half (which I don't mind if it's good service). They were uneven (one side thicker than the other, with a big gap in one side) and were both shaped unevenly - I ended up getting them removed and replaced by KESS in Wellington 2 days later. I'm sure this service will get better and yet to try the Waxing, have heard nothing but great things about the waxing. All the best and kia kaha @BeautyDepot :)

the lady that does all the piercings was rude and I waited for around an hour to get my septum done and I ended up going to another place because they lost the equipment to do the actual percing I will not be going back since I've heard of the same percing lady do several percing wrong seeing her do a tounge percing wrong 2 times in person and know a person who had her do a septum wrong on her and her friend on the say day, mabey this place is better at other things but I don't recommend it for percings

My favourite Treatment would be Island Retreat. It really makes you feel like being away on holiday. Again awesome service.
