Got the keratin treatment on my hair and honestly my hair is looking so fresh, straight and silky!!! Jazz is so lovely! Highly recommend this place! I’m definitely coming back! :)

I am very disappointed with my visit. I purchased a Grabone offer for a 120-Minute Indulgent Pamper Package for One Person incl. Rejuvenating Facial, Back Massage, Back Scrub & Express Manicure or Pedicure Free parking behind the building was a bonus - there are many 60 minute parks out the front and the sides, which is not enough time for this. The salon staff were welcoming and the space was an intimate size. It was nice to be the only customer there in the morning. I am not happy with the gels - they have started coming off after 3 days. The process was quick (must be why it's called an express manicure). The application was not great and seemed rushed - hence why the gels have not lasted long. I asked for a glitter gel that had a pink colour underneath. Only my ring fingers had the glitter coating. Now, that I think of it i dont know why I didn't say something. I just went with whatever in the end.. there was already someone else waiting to be seen. For the back scrub i would suggest switching sides - all of the work was done from my left side.. this just felt uneven. The scrub product felt good and exfoliating - very cleansing for the skin. The massage was more like a smooth rub over than a massage. They used oil without question. I was asked if the pressure was ok and I asked for more pressure. It was still quite a smooth rub - similar technique to the back scrub (also, felt uneven on my right side since this was mainly done from my left side). I wasn't going to say anything since this must just be the way they do a massage at their salon but I would suggest other types of massages for back relief such as deep tissue, pressure points, a massage with oil or no oil, cupping.. The massage technique they use is not for me. I had my upper lip waxed, which was great - I'm not sure if a facial straight after that is the best order to do it. Especially because they scrub the upper lip with the facial. Luckily, my upper lip did not burn up but i can't say the same for everyone. The facial was awesome - just not the face mask at the end as my face became really itchy. I was relieved to have it taken off. Throughout the treatments, it would be nice to know what is happening or what is next, or know what products they are applying. I was asked to lie on my front or lie on my back without any other info. I used the toilet after my treatment and I still had white bits on my face from the facial treatment products. Ideally, a thorough rinse to wash it all off would be good. All the staff wear masks but the masks don't fit properly - maybe they should get masks that do fit properly and stay on? I wasn't asked for my vaccine pass, which is a requirement for a close-proximity business. They seem pretty casual on the red light rules. Based on my overall experience, the negatives definitely weight out the positives. I don't recommend the Beauty Salon.

Girls did the keratin treatment on my hair very well. They were very careful, doing in detail, humble and friendly. I loved their service. Very much recommended.❤️

Went here on a whim based on google reviews. Great service and quality of work. Honestly, some of the best acrylic/manicure work I've ever seen. Eyebrows and lashes have never looked better. Very very happy, will be returning ?

Walking into the Salon felt so warm, calming and definitely inviting. I was greeted by the Owner Jazz who had a lovely smile and asked to take a seat as I arrived a little early. Ambience is bright and loved the flowing soft music that was playing along with a TV screen on the wall showing wildlife. It was very prestigious, clean and smelt like aromatherapy oils. I was pleased with the Treatment I received this day and the price was very good for all the work, time and effort spent on me. I received Deluxe Manicure, Pedicure both Gel polish. When getting my Manicure done and treatments applied it was awesome how Jazz explained what she was doing and why she applied certain coats of product on my nails. I've often wondered what they apply at other places, but never explained the purpose. Massage and soaking Amazing! Preet took over doing my Pedicure another amazing treatment, the massage from the knee down soo Bliss. I swear it was soo amazing. Its a must if you are always on your feet all day wearing Steel capped shoes, you truly will love the massage. Gel nail polish with a sparkle polish to match the fingers. Next part of Treatment an Hour & half Deluxe Massage with oil full body and a facial with threaded eye brows, and around the face... Blissful... I think I had a bit of a snore?... Massage is really good and soothing, clean and calm environment. Loved it. I spent $185 all on Me and great thing they have Zip and genoapay if you want to split the payments up. Definately going back in a couple of weeks time. I can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you Jazz and Preet for a wonderful pampering experience. I highly recommend this place to Anyone who wants a great Pampering Experience who need to treat yourselves, check out their website for all the services.
