★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible they over threaded my eyebrows way to much they got the eyebrow tint around my eye brows now there are marks my eye brows are now thin and wonky due to the lady tinting them unprofessionally i am ver disappointed as ive been growing them out for a while and i did i went some where else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, they could not do a simple layer cut despite proper instruction . Even after explaining to the hairstylist about what was wrong, she dint know how to rectify it. After letting her know how to do it she still dint get it. So I pretty much ended with an uneven haircut. Will never use them again.

They lost a customer. I will never get back there and stick with my old just cuts salon .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sis literally took a part of my eyebrow off and now they’re stuffed and uneven. Tried to blame it on me and say “it was already like that.” So bloody gutted as I’m going on holiday tomorrow. Literally don’t ask for anyone but Misha, she’s the only one who hasn’t stuffed up my eyebrows

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a blow wave and trim. The trim was fine, it’s pretty straight forward. The blow wave included being lightly sprayed in the face and parts of my hair with water (generally you have your hair washed prior to a blow wave especially if your paying $90). Then I was given a rough 7 minute dry off with a round brush. Hair was flat, frizzy and greasy. Went home washed it out and did it myself :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on Saturday afternoon, however Called up the day before asking about the price for a full hair color: black as my hair is dark brown and was told would range from $100-$150 then when I go there they say $200 or more!!! They have the worst customer service so I decided not to dye my hair and just get curtain bangs and a trim but I get passed onto another stylist because the First Lady I had doesn’t know how to part hair or even do curtain bangs? Very strange if your hair stylist you should be able to do anything! Anyways the second lady decides to charge me $50 then at the counter says $55 and I said no you told me $50 when you were cutting my hair this is how they try to rip people off then my sister and niece go in yesterday for the same thing trim and curtain bangs and both get $35 each ? How is hair for me to pay $50 and I have the same length hair as my sister that went in yesterday!!! Fix your prices and fix your customer service or hire another stylist that doesn’t rip people off
