Disappointing service, booked boat in weeks in advance dropped it of the day before called the afternoon of the day it was booked in and they didn’t even know what they were doing with it. Over $320 to change a simple hose.

The service is on point. Good communication, reminder calls, and SMS notifications when the service is complete. I cannot compare against other marine service providers through my own experience. However, I really appreciate the personal service, professionalism, technical details about work done, and honesty provided. The Boat Place goes the extra mile and this to me represents great value and worth every cent. I highly recommend them.
