★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent. I did a urine test and was not told what foods I needed to abstain from before the test, fortunately I googled it and found out by myself. But it was all for nothing as the clinic didn't fill out my patient details on the form they sent me (they didn't even fill out their own details, I noticed that and wrote it in) so now I have to redo the test from scratch. And I don't appreciate being called 'hon' repeatedly be someone I've never met before.
