Love my exercise classes, lots of variation, challenges and fun with the advantage of having a small class with lots of guidance and attention to technique. Now into my 3rd year with Naz and still getting so much out of my sessions. Highly recommend.

Their care and dedication to their clients, their passion and enthusiasm for health and wellbeing has seen their business grow. I have done one on one and group sessions and always leave feeling motivated and empowered!!

I have been going to Inlife Fitness Health & Wellbeing group sessions for many years and I enjoy the variety of workouts we do as well as the great camaraderie with the other participants. Naz helps me to keep challenging myself physically and is very supportive with training for specific events eg, 10 k runs. She is able to adapt different exercises to cater for injuries or difficulties which means we are all able to keep exercising well as some of us enter our 60s.

I initially came to Inlife to get my fitness back on track, starting with the 1:1 sessions well over 10 years ago now. I then joined the Saturday training group which I love, the sessions are fun, with a great group of people keeping my fitness and balance in check. Naz ensures the exercises match the person and their abilities.
