Ridiculously helpful people, particularly for someone wanting to get back into homebrew after a break. Will be my go to place from here on. Thank you so much :)

Small space but packed!! If you can't find what you need here to brew super helpful staff can recommend other options and have previously ordered stuff in, you can always phone before to check. No parking outside but a few spaces nearby, can get pretty rammed and busy so be patient. Can be a little daunting if brewing is new but we've been lucky with helpful, knowledgeable staff - really good at catering to the whole spectrum from beginners to way more experienced

I've had 2 negative experiences with these guys which is sad because I really wanted to like them. About a week ago i bought a 30L fermenter for $40. Just now i finally got the spare time to put down a beer but the tap hole hasnt been properly installed and thus the tap cant be attached. Even tried sanding down the thick flap of plastic obstructing the hole but we still can't get the tap in fully. Wouldn't recommend shopping here

After Baylands stopped grain sales it took a lot a searching to find a good consistent crushed grain supplier and it's these guys. Whilst the grain range isn't exhaustive they have more than enough to cover what you require. Good hops and dry yeast selection that's stored appropriately. Good prompt same day service via fb messenger.

I've been using these guys for a while now for Internet orders and delivery. They're always very quick to get the order filled and on the courier, and have excellent communication on the status and any hold ups or questions. Prices are very competitive as well. I've tried a couple of other places over the years but always keep coming back here as my go to supplier for fast, accurate and well priced supplies

These guys were the first people I talked to when getting into brewing about 6 years ago. Very helpful and unpretentious. Just into their brewing and keen to help others. Orders filled quickly. Regarding the one star review for the fermenter that had no hole for the tap -that’s how a number of fermenters are designed and many prefer them that way as most will siphon the beer out (not use a tap) rather than rely on a potentially infected bung hole/tap. Harsh to give a one star review for this.

Easy to talk to, which was very important for a novice like me. They totally knew what I was trying to do and explained heaps to me. Have been back again and a different staff member was just as helpful.
