Kayla went above and beyond to help me get the perfect look, from accessories, to possible modifications to the dress, and where a reputable place for wedding dress alterations was located. The Bridal Outlet Hamilton is absolutely amazing and I recommend anyone looking for their wedding dress to pop in and see them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Bridal Outlet on the weekend, and was amazed to see what a large variety of gowns they have. Kayla served me and was incredibly patient, making a few suggestions before helping me try dresses on. Her feedback was very honest (much appreciated as I was alone!), she was able to answer all questions I had, and she had great enthusiasm during the whole process, which gave me the confidence to buy the first gown I tried on. Thank you so much, Kayla, for helping me find the dream dress when I thought it wouldn't exist - at half the original price too! Fantastic service with a wide range of prices and dresses to suit all brides and budgets, so I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Bridal Outlet today and what an amazing experience. Melissa is worth her weight on gold! Found my dream dress today with her help, nothing was a hassle for her, even trying the same dress on 3 times (lots of lacing and un-lacing of the corset back!) Would definitely recommend Bridal Outlet Hamilton to any brides looking for dresses. They even offer to store the dresses until the big day which is so cool. Thank you Melissa for making the process fun and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies here are AMAZING. They are warm and welcoming, knowledgable and extremely helpful. They showed a genuine interest in what I was looking for and made it a memorable experience. The store itself - gorgeous, quality designer gowns at a fraction of the cost and tons of other gorgeous accessories (veils, jewellery, shoes, fur wraps etc). Highly recommend for any bride-to-be for a YES-TO-THE-DRESS experience.

I didn't really know what I wanted, but Dee was so warm & welcoming & she ended up picking out THE ONE for me. It was not a gown that I would have tried on, but Dee definitely knows what she is doing & I'm so thankful that I trusted her. Definitely recommend visiting this place!
