★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely amazing experience with the team at Bridal Gallery. In particular with the lovely Shelley Campbell. I had gone in quite spontaneously, and they happened to have a free slot to slot me right in then and there. (I'd highly recommend booking in first - as they are reasonably busy - it's definitely worth it).
She went through it all, allowing me to look through the dresses with my Mum. Once we'd selected a few she helped me try them on and went through the whole process.
They have great attention to detail and part of their team are able to do all the alterations themselves.
The dresses are great quality, they have a huge selection with a good size range for everyone (and price range too!). They're very accommodating, professional and just lovely to deal with.
I'd highly recommend it!
Note there is a consultation fee as you are taking up someone's time to give you one on one guidance and service - but it's very much worth it (and refunded or not charged if you buy a dress from them).

I had an idea of what dress I wanted and the ladies knew exactly what would suit me. Not only did they give me my perfect dress, I cried when they put me in it and they made everything really easy. I got so many compliments about how beautiful the dress looked and how much people loved it.

The ladies knew I was under pressure, yet they took time to understand what I was looking for and pulled out a beautiful dress! From the first trial I bought the dress and I knew it was the ONE!! I would recommend any bride looking for a wedding dress to go to Bridal Gallery!

They were very accommodating and will be holding onto the dress for me until I need it and I understand that they can do all alterations in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pam and Ally looked after me so well in my journey to find my dream dress, When I loved the top of one dress and the bottom of one dress, they assured me that they could get a dress custom-made for me based on the two designs. The custom dress came with no obligation to follow through with the purchase but when it arrived, it was absolutely my dream dress. It did end up needing significant alterations but Pam and Ally worked with me to make sure the dress fit absolutely perfectly. Thank you so much Pam and Ally.
