β β β β β The Call Centre has looked after our after hour calls for a number of years and has done an excellent job. This allows our Real Estate Agents/Salespersons to keep in touch with their clients even while our office is closed.

β β β β β I have had the pleasure of working with The Call Centre since I started work with my current employer, I have found that The Call Centre Staff and Management are professional, reliable and offer a fantastic service at a great price.
Nothing is too difficult, no amount of short notice too much of a problem. It means my After Hours/Public Holidays/Emergency Shutdowns or Xmas staff parties donβt leave me with hundreds of missed calls and angry members.
As the contracts manager for my organisation I pride myself on selecting the right fit for the organisation, and so far I could not fault the services provided.

β β β β β We changed to The Call Centre after nearly 20 years of using the same provider and John and his team have now looked after us for 3 years. Our 24hr/7 day requirements are more complex than most and John and his team have always managed to accomodate these very efficiently (and with humour when required). Any small glitches have always been resolved quickly and easily. A great New Zealand company!
