β β β β β Always get the online orders wrong.Doesnβt even bother to read instruction or let the customers know if they canβt fulfill it.Happened to me twice.The first time I went to pick up thecake I ordered a day earlier and they hadnβt even read the order let alone make it by the time I got to the store.Fav cake place but the service is quite disappointing.Was so excited about one being opened in New Plymouth but now I wonder if I can be happy at all about this

β β β β β We have been several times since they opened with both pre ordered cakes and cabinet cakes. They are always beautiful cakes and cheesecakes and great service. Fully recommend.

β β β β β The new New Plymouth cheesecake shop has been nothing but a disappointment for my family. Our first experience with them was when I preordered my sons birthday cake through them. When I went to colllect it, the manager told me she had just read the orders and they had no cheesecakes to fill any of them. All she could offer me was whatever was in the cabinet which meant I had to pay an additional cost for something I didnβt really want because of their F up. What really annoyed me was there was quartered pieces of the cheesecake I had ordered in the cabinet. She offered βfreeβ writing on the cake which if she had have read the order properly she would have seen I had paid for this anyway. To top that off the piped icing wasnβt done well. I spoke to someone this morning that had experienced the same thing. After a third attempt of going in at different times of the day to consistently see half empty cabinets (even 20 minutes after they open!) never having anything Iβm after, an unreliable preorder system and a not so approachable manager- Iβd rather drive to Palmerston!

β β β β β Accidentally ordered my cake online for the following Sunday. When we went to collect it the staff were fantastic in accomodating a cake for that day, even though it was my mistake. Cake was beautiful! Thank you so much for fabulous service and yummy cake! β₯οΈ
