★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found having a group of Medical Clinics in and around Hamilton your not trapped into not been seen by a GP and the Manage My Health App is such a great tool, Bookings, Prescription, Health Records are all at your fingertips. The only 1 downfall I have is that trying to get an appointment with your regular GP is sometimes impossible, you may have to wait up to a week due to whatever reason. Cheers

Staff are great at Rototuna. Friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately another more serious person needed her attention so I had an older male nurse take over and he was good. Just before leaving the original nurse I had came to see how I was and apologised for having to go away. Ok course I fully understood that she was needed by someone else but she was just so lovely and friendly

My doc is great. She takes care of everything. Follows up if there is anything urgent. The advice is always useful. The service is great.

The Tui experience I have found very thorough so much so other family members now go there as well.
The only one thing would be I wish I have a long term doctor as I have continual health issues. I just get to know a new doctor then they leave.
Other than that I'm very happy with the Tui team. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe it or not I find it a pleasure to attend this Medical Centre Rototuna- from stepping inside the sliding glass doors to the friendly efficient service from the front of house staff to the caring doctors and supporting staff. Their service is exemplary! The facility is well maintained and has a cared for feeling. It was heartening to hear staff laughing - the best medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit Tui Rototuna as a drop in patient for minor surgery to a badly infected finger. As it was the 3rd of January 2022. and the festive season most medical centers were closed at that time. The experience at Tui Rototuna was par excellence. The doctor on duty and the nurse who attended explained everything well and tried their best to keep the pain to a minimum. I requested extra pain numbing medication which they did for me before surgery commenced. :) I had to go for follow up dressings and then too the staff were very good, caring and attentive. No complaints what so ever. I am seriously considering moving away from the Medical Centre I am registered with for the last 20+ years and register with Tui Rototuna.
