★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the supreme valet, there were a couple other cars there and my wait time was about 2.5hr which was okay as I was shopping in the mall, the inside and outside looked alright initially but on closer inspection there were many spots on the exterior that were missed especially on the wheels which I had to wipe off afterwards (came off just with my finger). The interior was cleaned okay but with a couple places that they failed to wipe away leaving wet spots. My car was however ready to pickup by the pickup time which was good. Overall I do not think the job completed was worth $113. I might try these guys again in the future once more in a couple months and see if they have improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, beyond the surly attitude and lack of any customer engagement, items dismantled or removed were not put back in place. As I drove off, the steering felt oddly loose. I realised after driving over a bump that they had disconnected the steering column lock, I guess to aid interior cleaning but had not re-locked it. This was extremely dangerous! The full interior clean was not 100%. Honestly, you can do better, much much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "hand polish" left water marks all over it and there was still bird poo on it that easily came off with my finger. It was NOT polished. It was wash n waxed at best. The interior vacuuming left bits alongside the seats. An average job. If I'd paid a kid $10 to clean it on the driveway if have been very happy, but not when you pay $100. The car wasn't even dirty when I brought it in. The wheels and tyres looked good, as did the dash.

Spent $140 expecting it to be a thorough clean.
Outside of the car was lovely but inside wasn't worth the money.. once we got in the car the back seats look as if they hadn't been touch and in and around the gear stick was dirty and sandy. Was a fine clean just not worth what we paid would of been happy if we had paid $50 not three times that.
Left feeling disappointed
