★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST!!! If you would like your car scrached this is the perfect place to take your pride and joy. I took my car there, came out to pick it up and around the door handles it was all scratched. I gave them the opportunity to sort it only to come back and find the paint protection stripped and the car in worse condition. I asked that the owner call me only to have him tell me that they didn't do anything to the car and it was all me. I have had the car assessed since then and the cost will be over $1000 to fix. Nice job guy!!! Will post photos of their great work and from my understand I am not the only customer to have issues. Photo's of there great product and workmanship have been added Check them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gutted with the service let down twice. Picked up a dirty car first time which they re did to a pathetic standard.
Same staff each time I’ve had both issues. Unprofessional and fighting among themselves/ rude.
Then second time showed up for my booked appointment.
I was told to turn up at lunch time mid day no set time was given. Turned up to be told they don’t have space and can’t fit me in. What a joke.
Don’t waist your time or money with this lot. Tauriko crossing.
Plus your pathetic reply to this review really goes to show the type of business you are.
Yes the Ute is a animal rescue Ute that saves many lives on the daily. Your business is there to clean such vehicles and trust me you did charge extra. In no way was I told the time clearly whatsoever. A business who can’t take responsibility for their actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had vehicles into this service before with excellent outcomes (especially as it's a dirty dog rescue vehicle as you have stated in a previous answer) and haven't had any issues, same as always bring between this time and that time. Turned up and was told no space to get the vehicle in even though it was booked and discussed timeframe wise. Got that sorted and when picked up was not cleaned to the high standard it usually is.
When brought back to be redone, again it was expected to have the same outcome as previous times, again was dissatisfied with the outcome and almost looked like nothing had been done to rectify the situation.
Extra was charged and happily paid for as it is a rescue vehicle and it does get dirty (as much as we try to avoid it) but the service was not up to standard and the customer service was appalling to say the least. I definitely won't be taking any vehicle back there.
