★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $300, then asked to create an account asked if they could put the points from the $300 onto the account, staff refused and said it wasn't possible after I had literally just bought my items. Then received attitude from one of the employees. I also asked if it would be possible to then refund the items and buy them again to put the reward points on the account, once again they were bought within 2 minutes before asking to make an account, staff refused. Terrible service.

I was at both stores Thursday, girl at FC told me the wallets and purses hanging on wall would fall to pieces in a month. Tried to say the one I was looking at wasn't leather. She was wrong. I've had my current Roxy for just on 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such bad customer service! Brought a pair of Sandles yesterday, and realised they're the wrong size when I got home. Tried to exchange them this morning (the next day) and the girl wouldn't let me swap the sandles. Said they had been worn, when they had not. The girl was rude and had such bad customer service. Buyers be ware!! Sunday 24 April, 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys mock people's faith..... at Easter time they had a promotion that literally openly mocked the most basic principle of the Christian faith. And their management said "oh sorry, we joke lots" .... glad to know you joke lots about the Christian faith. Do you make jokes about Hindu, Muslim faiths etc? Do you make jokes about the LGBT community .... mocking the Christian faith is on the same level of mocking the other faiths/communities I have mentioned. Keep laughing guys, you have pretty much shown up that you are a non- inclusive awful bunch of people who think you have a right to joke about what others believe in. Do you have any grounding faith you base your life on or are just hoping your jokes get you through?
