★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't bother... easily the worst coffee club ever, brings shame to the franchise name. started with incompetent register staff, then an over 20 minute wait for food (for only three people and out of the cabinet), in which time they tried to give us other peoples orders, those people had been waiting even longer! finally gave us our food (not in the same five minutes either- bit by bit) and coffee, which was cold, and uncooked. the panini was so cold that the cheese hadn't even started to melt, and the pastry of the sausage roll was completely uncooked. we were not given anything to eat with either; when we asked for knives and forks they brought us two sets... for three people eating.... safe to say these clowns cannot do simple math let alone run a franchised cafe. save yourself the time and buy a coffee bubble tea from gong cha and a burger from maccas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t be fooled by presentation. Microwaved food ?it’s appalling. Disgusting service from one of your staff when I notified her about the food. I believe she is an islander based on her accent. Stuck up and rude. Act your wage and do your job properly.

Staff were really nice. My partner left her mobile phone in the cafe and their staff took care of it/ returned it to us with no problem ?

Worst Coffee Club we've attended. Don't waste your time coming here.
