★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the big breakfast 28/12/21 for $26, Couldn't eat the steak it was so chewy, sausages were cold like no heat went through it at all, Eggs were dry, had half a mushroom cut into 3. Coffee was cold and weak. Did not enjoy this at all.
I complained to the manager She tried to say it wasn't there fault it was there supplier's fault! Didn't end up eating the food on my plate, asked for a refund she said it was impossible to do that but il give u a free coffee/s card and i can only refund the sausage..considering i still had a full plate of uneaten food. She tried to make out it was my fault the customer, why there chef didn't cook my breakfast nice!? If you want to get ripped off ormiston coffee club is the place to go.
Full of excuses and not qualified to be in the food industry customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took for bloody ever, waiter did laps with our drinks trying to find our table, our food was sitting on the bench for ages after it had been cooked.
Wouldn’t recommend going there while you’re hungry. Go there on a full stomach and by the time you get your food, you’ll have an appetite again.
Wouldn’t recommend tbh. Mad disappointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the first time. Had french toast with banana. Portion size was so small with the price of $20. Its summer so some fresh fruits would be nice like strawberries but was given the dehydrated strawberries which hardly anyone would go for .
Service was average .no smile , no thank you.
Never going back . Sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on Mothers day which was fairly busy as you would expect, ordered 1 coffee and 2no. fluffys for the kids. No mention of any prolonged wait times at time of order. 25 minutes later still no drinks, ended up getting a refund. Won't be going back, its a shame, used to enjoy going here with the kids.

Our table hadn’t been wiped down after use, two different waitresses cleared the table but no one actually wiped it down even after we requested it twice so we just ended up doing it ourselves. We ordered from the breakfast menu, the scrambled eggs were average, could’ve been microwaved for all we know. I wouldn’t go back. Really disappointed at the service and food.
