★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this place on grabone as there are $40 vouchers for only $25, what a bargain! Such a lovely café which is bright, fresh and spacious. The staff were absolutely brilliant and provided fantastic customer service. They were very friendly and attentive, making sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. The food was delicious and flavourful and very generous servings. The coffee was hot and creamy and made perfectly, even asking if I wanted the coffee extra strong or regular (which I've never been asked!) I do love a strong coffee, so made the most of that opportunity. Definitely recommend this fantastic Cafe to anyone who loves great food and appreciates bubbly and polite staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service experiences in Ormiston area. We walked in with few tables occupied only and not a single staff greeted us. Found our table. Food was delayed by 35mins even being something as simple as squid rings and chips. I ordered salmon which came out half cooked and cold in the centre. When we complained we got told the chef said that is how it is made. The guy came back and said they’ll make another one. We waited for 20 more minutes only to receive a slice of salmon and not even the veggies to go with. Would definitely be avoiding this place. Wasted our morning so we just did take aways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty cool cafe, hidden behind PaknSave. Food were delicious and flavorful. Freakshake was delightful. The aioli sauce was incredible! Very garlic-y. I loved it!
I wanna go back again to try their beetroot latte cos that beetroot in the beef burger was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, warm, spacious and easy to find. Had breakfast here (first time) food was average. Reserved a table for 4 and it was put under the wrong name, wait time to be served was great. I had the bacon and eggs benedict. Portion was fairly ok - bit small to be honest. It only had 2 strips of bacon (very small) egg was cooked well, but way too much hollandaise sauce (very rich) and a smidgen of balsamic sauce. Didn't even get a chance to enjoy our breakfast, as we would have liked too. Just felt like we were rushed to cater our table to other customers waiting outside or coming on in, sorry but we made a reservation. Our coffee cups, plates were removed as soon as we had finished eating/ drinking - I know customer service is the key, but chillax man. We arrived at 8.30am, served and eaten, and cleared off by 9.30am. Particularly disappointed with that to be honest. Apart from that, overall would I recommend? Maybe? who knows...
