After telling the stylist that my hair had been breaking off at the front, he went over the brittle pieces to the point where I now have singed hair right around the front edges of my face. Have been too scared to go near irons since!
I waited over a week to tone my blonde after the treatment and had only washed it once and it was completely gone after 3 weeks, despite using safe products. My hair is like hay. Posting review 30days after treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing my initial review. Jason wasn't that great after all. Did the brazilian pro keratin treatment and after just one wash the whole thing just washed out. My appointment was actually for the Cezanne keratin hair smoothening treatment but he convinced me to go for the brazilian pro keratin treatment instead saying that would yield better results. I did use a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner too but it made no difference whatsoever. I had even emailed him after the treatment to find out what shampoo and conditioner I needed to use but he didn't bother to respond. Complete waste of time and money! I'm sure they will try to blame me or the products I used like their replies to other negative comments but I did exactly what I was told and it still didn't work. I would have tried to contact them about fixing the treatment but, as mentioned earlier, he didn't bother to reply to my email. So there was no point. Besides I don't have the time to go in for repair work. Do it right the first time or don't do it at all. Another case in point - Jason told me he had to fix the "orangey hair" of one of his clients later that day. Apparently he had coloured the hair the day before but it turned out too orangey. Sensing a pattern here. It's hard earned money guys. Do right by your customers... all your customers.

Up until recently, I was getting my Cezzane done at a well known hair salon and can say though the Colour Bar was considerably less than what I have paid in the past, the calibre of the service that Jason provided was so much more - an excellent result. Total confidence in the level of skill of this salon's staff - so much so, I am booked for more treatment tomorrow! 100 per cent recommend
