★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a sham purchased an expensive memory foam mattress and specifically inquired about sagging at the time of purchase, I was told it was a 5 star mattress and definitely would not sag. Three years later the mattress has sagged significantly even on my wife's side (she weighs less than 46kg). Upon examining the warranty, the conditions were so extensive that undergoing that process is overwhelming. Never again will i shop in your bedding department Mr Harvey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the Supima Cotton sheets approximately 3 years ago based on the sales pitch from a pleasant person. They can't be washed with other cotton items. They become hard when wet and don't wash normally. They can be ironed with a steam iron. If your wanting to save money on your power bills don't buy this product. They are most disappointing from a management perspective.
