My beauty therapist who done my treatment was Dawn, who is such a bubbly and professional person, I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try any of the treatments. I can’t wait to start seeing the results from the treatments I am getting!
Update: I have just complete my 6 treatments and the results are amazing! I would be lying if I said my hair is 100% gone, but it is pretty close, and the hair growth is very very minimal so I am happy about that! If you are wanting to try this, I would highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Dawn is amazing, so professional, and supportive! The treatments have boosted my confidence and self-esteem, and save the hassle of shaving all the time. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had laser hair removal done before so I was pretty nervous about coming into the Cosmetic Clinic but for an Asian girl with pretty much pitch black hair, my life has been changed ? Sounds so dramatic but I have gone through just over one years worth of sessions and i BARELY grow any hair on my armpits, braz, and am seeing great results on my legs only 3 sessions in thanks to chelsea!
chelsea never fails to bring a smile to my face every time i see her and has always been so very considerate of me from day 1 because i have quite low pain tolerance. such a hard working lady that deserves this 100% honest review from the girl that used to work at platypus in centre place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chelsea has been my technician for a long time now for many laser removal sessions. She's been amazing each visit. Chelsea takes the time to listen, takes in how the laser sessions are progressing, and works from there. She makes the sessions feel so comfortable and safe when it can be quite a vulnerable position to be in at times.
Chelsea clearly aims for results but doesn't compromise on the service she provides and is inclusive with her approach and care. She's honestly so great at what she does and a wonderful person in general.
