β β β β β Great shop for that old object. Food at the dining room in the hotel took me back 50 years. Pea pie and pudding!!! Loved it brought back old memories. All pies made on the premises. Full of filling and great variety. Will go back. Just one drawback no coffee!!

β β β β β Saw the coffee sign on footpath saying all are a double shot went in not day for coffee so forced to par take in a apple juice or two "cider" . Good genuine old school feel ?

β β β β β Fish 'n' Chips were great and could even be said best in the waimak but now are substandard and covered in salt. Burgers are also now lacklustre and just flat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

β β β β β We enjoy and look forward to a meal every Friday lunchtime. Great service value for money meals. I am trying out the entire menu by ordering something different every week - have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and approachable - great spot.
