★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with James and the Team at the Cyclery for several years and have even been told the item i thought i wanted to buy wasn't what i needed and i should consider or test another. the service is bang on and timely but this is simply good old fashion local service giving a good honest deal with great products. James would rather not sell a bike if it isn't the right thing so i recommend that you give this shop the opportunity for your business i know you will be impressed. the kids feel part of it so everyone is treated as a valued customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price. Even better when the bill came in through farmlands. Which was made quiet clear at purchase time, they made a mistake using my card, only like farmlands on small price items. Even though acceptance is advertised.
Maybe that has put my experience on the back foot . . Mind you. Back wheel came off in a few weeks. Breaks failed which I didn't even bother them with, went else where. Finally seat dropper cable cracked due to bad placement .
Tried to have a conversation regarding up grading my scott ebike computer, zilch help and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have bad customer service. Asked for a quote and never received one. Tried instore, phone and email. They gave me the run around and excuses. Spent $1200 at a store that did supply a quote. I really wanted the bike at their store but unless you have cash on the day forget it. If their sales service is like this I would hate to imagine what their after sales service is like!

But if you can put up with poor PR skills then they have everything you need for a bike.
