The young girl wearing black low cut t-shirt firstly "ignored" us for at least 5 minutes!!! When I say ignore, she did this to the point where after she had delivered food to a couple of tables, she came back to the counter and started looking at her phone while my sister is standing in front of her!!! She didn't look up at all for the over 5 mins we stood there to even acknowledge us.
I thought we had left behind racism and prejudice in the 1960s-70s!!!!
Seriously guys, Cambridge is a small town which many travellers drive past on their way to other parts of lower North island. Treat your customers the same young lady and maybe focus less on tie makeup and more in improving your customer service skills!!! You will go a long way if you just focus on that!
Also don't call your scone a "cheese scone" if its filled with sugar!! I was so looking forward to my breakfast scone but hugely disappointed with the sweetness on the scone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to eat, plenty of delicious GF options, coffee was A++ and the service was great even though they were super busy. Toilets clean too. Outside tables needed a bit of a clean, but not bad. Food is excellent, totally recommend this spot for lunch or just a quick cake and coffee!
