★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was yelled at and screamed at by an old lady and she hung up on me. All for asking where is my order (not delivered 2 weeks later) after placing it on line. The true 'old fashioned store' with all the attitude, anger and absolute lack of understanding customers. Do you want to have a nightmare experience? Order something and call that lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 30 mins to get to their distribution centre in Northcote. Arrived at 3.55 and was told they closed at 4. I stayed it was 3.55 and the guys said “not by watch” and closed the door on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed. Purchased a dining table and no one in store (or instructions) informed us that it wasn’t water resistant and that we had to put a protective wax on it. After a few weeks of owning it it looks terrible!! Having paid >1k for it, I would have expected some form of guidance, or at least for it to handle a small drop of water from a water glass. All contact with management etc has gone silent and I’m being ignored. Terribly disappointing, and really poor service.
