★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to The Doctors for years ever since I was a little. The GPs are perfect as a family doctor and are always really friendly. However the good doctors are usually the busiest so if there is something that needs to be tended to quickly you may have to see the walk-in doctor who generally isn't as good and you may have to wait quite a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went after an accident and since then was terrible. To see our gp is a disaster. Only one or two doctors are good, the rest dont even see you.
Every time a new doctor see us and we have to explain everything again.
The only thing possitive were always the recepcionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now you need to go through a triage nurse to see a doctor taking up more time and with a young child putting them through more stress then needed. The lack of care with mental health is a constant problem too. If this is the standard of healthcare that our children will be receiving, Lord help us!!
Only positive is the lovely ladies at reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors Hastings have been a great GP clinic. Reception are very warm and professional, and so far for all my visits, the wait time has been very reasonable. I had a series of vaccinations done recently by the lovely nurse Mel - she was very organized and knowledgeable, proficient with what she did, and answered all the questions I had about the process. She even got me a cup of tea afterwards which made me feel well looked after. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19/May/22 - Called Reception, was ringing for 20 mins, no answer. Decided to drop by, cause needed an X-Ray done, as I was referred by my GP to the place. Got to the site, only to find out no X-Ray as staff had COVID (no measures in place for such event), plus the place was not busy, receptionist (2 of them) were not tied up, so not sure why no one picked up the call.
23/May/22 - Called Reception, was ringing for 30 mins, no answer. Don't want to visit site to find out that I can't get my X-Ray done. Don't want to waste time.
Disappointing service from Reception area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to see if I should go here first or go straight to the hospital for what might be inflamed appendix. Was asked if I wanted to talk to a nurse first, I said yes.
Nurse called back 15 minutes later, we talked for a few minutes and she made a booking for 40 minutes time.
I arrived and was sent to see the doctor, waited for about 5 minutes and was called in. The doctor asked me a few questions then examined me and came to the conclusion that I should go to the hospital.
Go to the reception and get charged $72 for maybe 10 minutes with the doctor.
Went to hospital ER where they admitted me for appendicitis 6 hours later ( was waiting in waiting room of ER for 6 hours ).
