★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible phone etiquette at reception - will put you "ON HOLD" and forget about you. 10 minutes on hold then the call drops out. Wouldn't recommend trying to call them OR don't let them put you on hold.

Have to book and wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Made an appointment early December for a 30 December appointment. Was called the day before to say my doctor was now away for 2.5 weeks and had to see a locum.
There was a road accident on way in and I was late (still my fault), however, arrived at 13:37 for a 13:30 appointment. To be told I was too late and the doctor wouldn’t see me and I to had to rebook for another day. Extremely terrible service and understanding. Especially when I have had to wait for 20-45mins each and every time for my previous appointment. So the doctor themselves is never on time.
It appears if it suits them to be late and run over but when the customers delayed its not acceptable. We are changing GPs for the entire family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are all awesome. Really really relaxing experience always. The reception area is clean and uncrowded, and receptionists are nice. The wait in reception is short which is great! Price is high but not compared to others in the same zone.
Would definitely have given five stars but available doctors are so few that free appointment times are often more than a week away. They do kindly try to fit you in if really urgent though.
