★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not answer or open on time they hang up on you instead of answering the phone all in all rude people. Worst ANE in town this place should be shut and anuther place should open that no how to run a medical business. Have tried calling 5 times now and still nuthing there useless staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I call they do not answer their phones, I leave a message and ‘if’ they call back which most of the time they do not. There is no appointments, and reception does not care. Yet ironically they call all the time about booking vaccinations due.

Have moved to new practice.
If I was dying I would not go to this place if it was last place on earth. Sorry...but with what has just recently occurred I've found a new practice.
Maybe Doctor needs to do some more serious training...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this medical centre from Whangarei Hosp to have a reasonable sized bbc skin cancer removed from my scalp. Reading previous reviews I was SO anxious as I had never been to this clinic before.
I am so glad I went anyway, from the warm greeting at the front desk to the exemplary care I was given during the procedure I cannot fault this clinic.
Dr Bjornholdt was patient and kind and listened to me and Margaret the nurse was absolutely fabulous, together they made me feel safe and supported during both the removal and skin graft process.
I wanted to write this review incase anyone else is referred here like I was to ease their mind!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This medical centre used to be well managed but now you have to wait 30-60 mins to see a doctor. The nurses are hopeless here, slow and making mistakes with children’s immunisations. Doctors are great but are let down by the management of the place. Receptionists are a bit thick as well. Overall this centre has gone down hill majorly in the 6 years I’ve been there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to pay brothers bill & wasn't allowed in as was wearing material mask, can't wear the surgical masks as I get very hot under them & either vomit or seizure due to health problems & I explained that to nurse but it didn't matter. Problem was sitting in the waiting room was a lady with a material mask not a surgical one...I'd like to know what the difference between her & me was. Not impressed at all.
