★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always busy. Staff are nice but they charge $34 to see the doc which seems ridiculous considering we have a public health system. I know other places charge a lot less for the same thing. Maybe the owners are lining their pockets?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take that back, they're good if yourve got the flue but anything serious I wouldn't recommend, most they're staff are old and it really shows in the backward s manner they handle things, really unfortunate to have this experience but looking forward to trying the drs in kope. Shame on you for suggesting and prescribing depression pills on a ACL tear. 1 star Phoenix basic first aid clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to doctor today. I know she was a stand in for my normal doctor who was on leave. Howevever she was very unhelpful, abrupt and dissmissive. Was with her less than five mins. Didnt get to sit down. $33 what a rip off. If I can leave Ill be leaving.
