★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got turned down to have a doctor review my acc medical certificate just to confirm that I can return back to work. receptionist told me to come back the next day. We live in Matata. Waste our gas and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was nothing but a cow. Turned me away after i repeatedly told her i have tonsilitis. So i spent the whole day in the hospital on i.v fluids. After she had turned me away she said the hospital wouldnt see me either, which they did. So rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and helpful receptionists on the phone and in person. The doctor that we saw most recently was very thorough and extremely helpful and informative. Able to get blood tests done then and there. All in all a good experience, I can see why my partner likes going to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst medical centre i have been too, nurses there are very rude, it was quiet there so i dont know why they had such a attitude. Even the receptionist was veryyy rude. Dont recommend anyone to come here ?
